研究领域:
1、聚烯烃金属催化剂开发和高性能聚烯烃材料制备
自上世纪三十年代聚乙烯工业化生产以来,聚烯烃的发展至今已有八十多年的历史;现如今,聚烯烃已是世界上高分子材料中产量最大的产品之一。基于金属催化剂的配位聚合,在聚合物分子量、分子量分布以及聚合物微观结构(端基基团、立体构型、支链、嵌段)等多方面实现可控,大大提高了产品的性能和附加值。该课题拟将金属有机化学、配位化学与高分子化学等多学科有效结合,开发新型聚烯烃金属催化剂--双金属催化剂,利用协同催化效应,以高分子合成为基础,依托化学方法,从分子层面来设计高分子材料的组成和微观结构,制备高性能高附加值聚烯烃材料,如超支化聚烯烃、功能化聚烯烃和嵌段聚烯烃等等。
2、可降解高分子材料—新型催化剂、聚合新方法、聚合物新材料
在从枯竭性资源经济向可再生资源经济转型中,世界各国都非常重视可降解高分子材料的开发和应用,它是新一代的、有发展前景的材料并符合生态和可持续发展的要求。脂肪族聚酯,包括聚乳酸(PLA)、聚己内酯(PCL)、聚乙醇酸(PGA)、聚羟基丁酸酯(PHB)以及聚乙交酯-丙交酯共聚物(PLGA)等,近年来发展迅速,并广泛地应用于组织工程以及缓释、控释和靶向等药物制剂。该课题拟设计新型催化剂,发展新型共聚合反应,开发分子内可逆链穿梭反应等聚合新方法,解决可降解脂肪族聚酯力学性能差、共聚单体选择性差、催化剂的金属利用率低等问题,制备高分子量、高立构规整度、单体组分可控、嵌段等高附加值可降解脂肪族聚酯高分子材料。
3、金属有机化学
合成各种金属有机化合物,并通过NMR、X-ray等研究其结构和性能,并探索它们在不对称催化等中的应用。
